    Question Error E49-0331

I keep getting error E49-0331. I've cleaned the rollers, ran user tests and all shows normal. When I load a board (greater than minimums, smaller than maximum) the board starts to move to the right, stops, and displays error message. What could be causing this and what can I do to resolve it.
    thanks!

First make sure the brass tracking roller is rolling with the board as the board moves. Maybe it is against the belt or something in stopping it from rolling.

The brass roller is free and is not against the belt, but the belt won't roll. During user tests it rolls freely in each direction. With a board loaded there is a brief grinding sound, then the error message.

Bad news. It sounds like one of the x drive gears is busted. You need to take off the gear cover on the right of the belts and have a look.

    Thanks, I'll take a look.

Just took it apart and sure enough, the gear was chipped. New part ordered, due on Thursday. Thank you!
