What I understand is Vector Art 3D (the makers of the pattern) lost their artist who made the pattern, so they cannot sell it anymore.

I made some bagpipes a long time ago and have just uploaded the pattern to the pattern depot. I don't know when it will be available but you can check under vendor Work of Art Designs.
