What is a error E49-0331

Continue to get error message E49-0331. Is there more to it that just tracking roller failed?

When exactly do you get this error? Measuring the far end of the board?

As the board moves left (viewed from keypad side), it drops then I get tracking roller error am able to continue.

Check the front roller switch. If the board leaves the brass roller before the front roller drops, I think you get a tracking error. Maybe the front roller switch is stuck on.

The switches are in the sensor check option. On the keypad press 0 then 7 and scroll down with the down arrow. The first or second senor screen down, you will see roller switches. they both should indicate released with no wood in the machine. You can manually push the rollers up and the message should read compressed.
