Importing image leaves a line around the project

When I import an image it leaves a line around the object so it carves the perimeter of the project, is there a way to turn this off.

If you have Designer 2 or 3, turn off the floor feather. (Check box in the tool bar). If you have 1.187, all you can do is choose bit optimization best and hope for the best!

Awesome, yes I am still stuck with 1.187, but the bit optimization did the trick. You rock.
