    I like the one with all the foot prints. I'll bet you had fun placing them on the board. Look forward to seeing you signs in progress when they are finished. You are off to a good start in the carving world.

    Sharon B are you the one that posted something about a special paint you always use. I can't find the post and wanted to get the link to the shimmering paint you recommended to someone.

    Oh yes, my favorite highlight paints are made by Golden and are called Interference paints. You should be able to buy them at Michael's in their art paints section....not where the craft paints are. They are also available online by just typing in Golden Paints. Just dry brush them over a color to get your highlights. Sometimes applying more than one of the Interference paints really adds to the object you are painting.     Thanks, they came out pretty good. The 59 steps and the squirrel shutter sign are both going on beach cottages in Cape Cod Mass.

    Cool stuff that will only get better ,, look forward to seeing more of ur work ...... I seen some talk on paints,,, I use professional 1Shot sign painters paint ..
