Memory card

When trying to upload a project I get a msg that the flash device cannot be initialized. This problem started this morning. I tried my other computer, changed USB ports to no avail. The Carvewright machine still reads the card when it is inserted. The USB connector seems a little loose, and when I hold it firmly in place the memory card can be accessed. However, when trying to upload I get an I/O error. Any ideas?

I had an old memory card that started to do funny things like that... it would have every project on the card twice even though I only loaded it once. I eventually had to get a new card and all was well. You can get them through Lowes sometimes a little cheaper

It's probably the reader not the card.
