    Default clutch assembly repair

Does anyone know if there is anyway to take the clutch assembly apart ? The clutch washer broke in half while raising the head this morning. I have another one but how can I install it ???

This exploded view of the parts might help. The crank assembly is about half way down.

Here is the pdf exploded vies for the side panel and crank assembly. I believe you will have to take the Lateral Stabilizer Casting Assembly off to get to the guts.

    Floyd,

Are you sure that you responded to the right message? This link is to the video on how to replace the Z truck.

A litle late with this, but a trick I discovered is to run a post bolt in from the inside to hold the spacer washer in place while you slide the gear in place.
