    Henry,

I had a lot of fun making this and I tried to match it as close to the original picture as I could. The card suites I purchased from the Pattern Depot awhile back when I made a Cribbage board. There are no other patterns and I designed the project for 1/2" thick stock. You will need Designer 2.005, Centerline Text, 2D and 3D add-ons and conforming vectors. Since I have not carved this yet you will need to check it out carefully if you decide to carve it.

How feasible is it to have this in 1.187 format?

    Ask and ye shall receive.

This was done with all patterns. The top pattern is set to a depth of .75" so the finished thickness should be around 1/2". The bottom will still be at 3/4" thick unless you start with 1/2" material. Again, I haven't carved this project so I can't verify the outcome. If you like it you may use it as you choose.

Thanks so much Steve. I have some friends that have been around us for years as we move around from duty station to duty station. They love the game. What a great gift for them.
