The reason I am reluctant to sell at swapmeets is that the attendees are looking for a bargan and I can afford to sell my stuff that cheap. Haven't tried, but that is my feeling. I am also in CA, but in a poor part.

I would suggest going to one for research and see what is there and talk to the sellers, to get a idea before you spend time and money.

That's what I've found in my area. People are willing to spend $5 or $20, but not $50 or $200. So success depends upon the type and cost of the items.
understood and Thank you. How do you find out about the Craft shows?

You can google craft shows or trade days for your state, and should be able find some that way
