    Default slow software

I have been using my software to design project for quite some time and it is very slow. Never bothered with it, just thought it was suppose to be that way. Am I wrong ,is everyone's as slow as mine? It takes 2 or 3 minutes to move from one thing to the next. To upload takes 7 to 8 minutes and to gather info and another to upload to card. That seems awfully slow. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

What else is running on your PC, as you use the software? What are the specs on your PC?

you may want to change your render quality down a bit (view, render quality) but that still seems excessively slow.

It can take several minutes to load a project on the card, but only for VERY large projects.

Where do you save your MPCs (Designed projects)? Are they saved outside the CW software? About how many patterns do you have in your Pattern Library?
Do you, by chance, have a 2nd computer?
