Really need help

I am trying to make a arch with Dachshund. I am also trying to make a upside arch reading Through the snow, I need to just have the letters joined and all other wood removed. I need the letters to be about 3 inches tall and the overall width is 14 inches and the height to be around 7 inches. I am going to try to add 2 attachments, Last time I tried the attachments didn't post. To all who help I say Thank You in advance.
