Thread: Our Lady of Guadalupe

    Wink Our Lady of Guadalupe

    Our Lady of Guadalupe
The carving was done in OAK on pieces 10” by 12” and each is mounted on a 8 by 9 piece of 3 /4plywood and the whole is mounted on a 24” by 40“ 3/ 4 Plywood board it weighs about 50 lbs
To mount it on the wall I made a dovetail kind of slot on the back and then I created a counterpart for that dovetail and that is screwed to the dry wall and the Lady gently rest on it

Very fine craftsmanship on the individual panels and the whole assembly and display. A pleasing overall effect you have created.
