Shouldn't there be a way to copy the first Arc and put them along the whole board easier than copy and paste each one?

Is that what the copy offset in the Layout section was for in the demo?

That is what I thought but I can't get it to work unless I am doing it wrong

Make sure you have the arc highlighted on the project board also.
If that doesn't work it's possible it's not active on the basic package.
