Cutting a router type sign i always just carve in draft mode, could not see any diferance in time so thought it made no differance but today I used otimum because i saw a 2 min change in cutting time. The differance could realy be seen . the center line letters were very crisp and smouth, 60 bit no burn. Give it a try and see what you think. I may be nuts.

Yes, there is a significant different between draft vs optimal mode. However, there is not much different between draft vs normal, normal vs best, best vs optimal.
