I used to have issues with some of the lines not being connected. And having to really "work" on the images in the Pattern Editor. This process just seems to be much easier.
Your DXF files upload great to Corel and they make great PNG files for the CW Unit.

Here is a later one I found that points to aimpc_v0.30 that dates to 2008. I don't know if it's any better than the aimpc_v0.10 or not but figured I would throw it out there...
