Go to Carvewright.com, sign into your account, in the Welcome to CarveWright , check for software updates, then download the Windows or Mac Software. I recommend signing in, otherwise you may see a screen that says “you have exceeded the number of times you can download”.

If you have a probe, I think you will find the SN on the paper sleeve.
If you bought Editor, without the probe, you got an eMail with the SN.
