Default Laying out segments of a circle

I know I've seen something about this on the forum before but I'm drawing blanks at this time.
I am attempting to make an 8" circle and want to drill 18 small holes around the edge that will be inset 1" from the outside diameter or in a 7" diameter each hole is 20 degrees spaced around the circle, anyone who can assist will be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

We owe a lot to Thomas Edison - if it wasn't for him. we'd be watching television by candlelight.

I responded to you post in the "software" area. Generally you want to try and avoid cross posting the same message. Most of us read all the sections.
