First is listen to the right side cover switch... If it clicks it is most likely good... Screws could be loose on switch.

How many cut motor hours? Over 250 then the brushes are too short... Tap with screw driver handle and it might work another day but could break a bit if it stalls...

X termination board has a C1 Capacitor... Look for my old posts with pictures.... It vibrates and breaks one lead.

The plugs at the motor are loose.

    Good Luck,

Use the search function advanced, use " " with each search. For this you can do "X Termination" and started by user digitalwoodshop to find it quicker.

Favorite Saying.... "It's ALL About the Brass Roller"..... And "Use MASKING TAPE" for board skipping in the X or breaking bits.
