Ok so one idea I have not tried because my machine is ALWAYS broke, is a pool table. I was thinking it would be really cool to make or redo a pool table with some really cool carvings on the side rails, legs, and any other parts that are wood. It wood be beautiful and a cool way to make it custom.
Very nice brdad.

brdad....your design is one of the nices I've seen in a long time. It can be personalized in so many ways. Just might have to try something like this once my machine is back up and working.
This is a great project. You are becoming on e of the masters on here..
Thanks.

Don't think I've seen one of these before. My brother and a couple of friends brew their own beer. He wanted a mash paddle to stir the wort, so I incorporated his beer's logo into the design of this one. It's carved in maple and unfinished so as to no impart any undesirable flavor to the finished product.
I got this idea after my shop calendar tore from the nail hole. I though this was an original idea but of coarse the web has tons of these. This is my rough drawing for what I am doing. The top can be customized as desired and the nice thing is you can scale the topper to fit different size calendars. When I get one finished I willl post a photo.
Gimme Steam.
