Thread: Error message when compiling project

    Default DOC - Damage

After writing it, I went back into the mpc and messed with the "Subtractive/Additive" and found that with Subtractive that the Height setting affected the Depth and assumed that it was just something that I had not yet learned!

Looks like LHR figured it out I been reporting this "Subtractive/Additive" issue for some time now. Let hope LHR's solution was not to disable other tools sets that work.

Its good that you got this error as the depth of the center round graphic could damaged you CW due to lack of DOC.

the quick test is to set the board thickness over .9" and if you see black in your Designer pattern you will have a DOC problem.

    Default Story time

With Brandon's comments in mind about LHR creating a problem while fixing another, I recalled an incident of long ago.
Many times people focus narrowly on a problem and miss the bigger picture.
This is a fairly common problem in programming (and a lot of other areas come to think about it).

Anyway, a friend in a class behind me in school was confronted with a problem, his car battery was dead. I'll just call him Barack rather than use his real name.
Well Barack also had a tractor so he (all alone) hooked his car to the tractor with about twenty feet of chain, turned on the car ignition, put it into gear, and took off on the tractor to "pull start" his car.

Problem number one was solved, the car started!
Problem number two was created, what to do while trying to stay ahead of his car!

Looks like it has been solved.

For future searchers of this error... I have gotten this load error twice in the last few weeks and this is how I solved it....

I deleted one element from the .mpc and did not save it, then tried to load it to the card. If it was still bad it would fault and close designer.

Since I did not save it then I would open it and delete another element... When it finally loads then I go back with Undo and place the element back into the .mpc and look at all things related to it....

    Trial and error...
