    Default O Ring

Board Sensor is giving me problems. After reading the forum I see everyone is talking about checking the "O" Ring. Looking at my sensor I don't see one and really don't remember ever seeing one. Can someone tell me or better yet show me where it is located on the Sensor.

    Thanks

    Default "O" Ring

Here it is, on the Board Tracking Sensor Between the Traction Belts

The Board Sensor (photos 2&3) is on the bottom of the carving head behind the "Z" truck, you need a mirror to see it.

You can more info doing a forum Search for "Board Sensor" or "Tracking Sensor"

Thank you so much. We are missing the O Ring. Interesting but we dont remember it being there before. Do I have to order one from support or can I just pick one up at our local hardware store.

By the way what exactly does the O Ring do?

    Thanks again.

If you slide the board into the left side sometimes the O ring catches on the sharp wood and pushes back.

    Hmmm....

    Here are the specs:

    7/16" O.D x 5/16" I.D.

Inside and outside diameters are the important numbers to use.
