    Default Any suggestions

    any suggestions on how to stop this from happening this is number 4 of these cables. one that came on the machine one LHR replaced and two I have replaced the one shown is last one replaced at factory while under warranty

    You could add a strip of rubber tape to both sides of the cable after it is in the holder to place the bend point out further and hopefully is gentler.

    also would this break cause the z axis errors 298 and 308

    It looks like the ribbon is twisted. This might cause too much stress at the end. I think the ribbon should be vertical.

    Cable should be level..... If too high, then added stress can snap the wires....

    Yes, that can cause a Z Error code.

    There is how it was when I opened the cover. First time top has been off since last time it was in shop for them to repair z bundle and some other things
