Yeah, I'm with you Daniel ... we've seen a lot of changes for the better in the past couple of years. I've been satisfied with both the machine and customer service from LHR.

Oops ... can't see it! Come on ... come on ... stop teasing.
Paul,
I mentioned in another thread that I had returned a machine to LHR with UPS and they destroyed the machine, but LHR replaced it at no cost to me. This is what was shipped to me. I don't...
Robert ... I had never had this machine before, so this is exactly the way it arrived at the Fed-Ex depot where I went to pick it up. It was sitting on top of a pile of other boxes inside a caged...
Like this machine. Good thing it was marked "fragile". I had to call and ask LHR to send a crank handle and bits. The keypad appeared unharmed and when I turned it on, it functioned okay. I guess the...
[QUOTE]I would greatly appreciate any feedback...........
Thank you,

Jason,
Great job! It's fun to do all of the hand painting, especially the fine lines, letters and numbers,...
Louie,
Mine stuck on me once when I cleaned it all out and I flipped it back and forth a few times and it started working fine. I had evidently gotten some sawdust into where it jammed the flipper...
I've had mine for almost two years now and have enjoyed it immensely. I don't have a problem helping them work any kinks out and bettering the product. They didn't pressure me into buying their...
I won't ship anything with UPS anymore. I was having problems with my machine and had to send it back to LHR. I boxed it up, and even built a wooden crate inside the box for protection. I packed...
It is just wax and it comes off when you start your first carving with no adverse effects.

Sign foam carves great, as does corian. As long as it's within the limitations of the machine, they should come out perfect for that purpose. Good Luck, and post pictures.
Ron
Thanks Ken ... I looked for these posts and didn't find them. I put in "stacker fault" and it must have overlooked it. I'm pretty sure it's probably a warped or cupped board but don't have time...
It's the first time I've had this one come up. Started to run a jewelry box and this came up during the board measuring sequence. Don't know for sure what it's telling me ... but it comes up each...
I had the same issue occur with my first machine. Just a bad belt, I guess. I've had the same happen with my belt sander. The compression of the rollers is what keeps widening the tear. I took the...
Nice gloat on the radial arm saw ... tool gloats are allowed by the way. About the box ... I ditched mine and have wished I had it back a couple of times when a machine return trip was necessary. I...
Thank you. I'd like to return the sentiments to you and yours for the holiday season also. I've not been one to worry too much about being politically correct unless it is adddressed to someone...
Ditto ... Beta also and I just upgraded. Got it registered on line and everything looks good. I won't get a chance to use it until tomorrow, so we'll see.

I had the same problem week before last. It started as a "clear board sensor" fault, so I wiped off the lens cover and it still gave me the same fault. I took out my mirror and tried checking it. I...
Here's the plan I used. I got yhe PNG off Google and played around with it. You're more than welcome to use it. I'm a Bears fan, so I can give these away with a clear conscience. Ha!

I received my new board sensor in the mail and installed it. It worked like a charm. Now that I've replaced the "Z" Pack and the board sensor, maybe we can carve for a while. This machine is a lot of...
My neighbor wanted a sign to give to his 13 year old grandson for Christmas. I got my new board sensor in the mail and installed it. Carved, painted and finished the sign yesterday, let it dry and...
If you can find a counter fabricator/installer in your area, they usually have cut outs or odd sizes they'll let you have. The one I went to had their shop full. I asked if I could have a few and the...
I called Saturday afternoon concerning my "Clear Board Sensor" fault and got through immediately. TC was very helpful, stayed on the line and walked me throught the steps to troubleshoot. By the way,...
I carved a few projects and today, after the first one, I received this little jewel. I took the sensor out, cleaned it very carefully, blew it out with compressed air and put it back. I got a...
