Ok, I've spent half a day searching the forum. Found similar problems, but nothing is working. I have a probe that I received the same day as my Centerline. I called in to register the Centerline, and I think I remember also registering my probe. I have Centerline and Pattern Editor both listed under my account with LHR and both dated the same day. I'm assuming that Pattern Editor was activated with the probe registration.

Today, I performed my first scan. But, I do not have the "Download Scan" option under File Menu. I attempted to register the probe with the Serial Number on the back of the CD envelope, and I get a message that this serial number is "already registered". I've attempted it 5 or 6 times just to be sure that it was not a typo. I attempted the registration through carvewright.com and through the link in my Compucarve program.

Anything else that I should do? Or wait until Tuesday and call LHR? Any help is most appreciated.

Hi Marty,
After you have registered the probe you will see a activation code on the registry page.
Copy the code and open your Designer and click on help then click on Enter Update Code.
Follow the screens and add the activation code and this will unlock the Probe software.

Thank you Herb! I had to use the "Registration Code" because the Activation Code gave me another error. I can now see "Download Scan". Thanks again, have a great holiday weekend.
