I think I choose the wrong font, but haven't had any trouble with Times New Roman before.
The attached MPC is an oval, about 6 by 4, centerline using the 60 degree bit. The MPC looks fine but when carved the first 'o' in Roberson and the 'e' in Feb. got lonely and slid over and snuggled up to the letter to their right.
Ideas on why appreciated.

Couldn't open it, I am still using 131. The Texting problems I had were Brass Roller related.

The other was opening up the space between the letters caused a problem on some fonts.

I,ve had it happen to me a couple of times
Once carving a small project like yours the project board
slipped just a little and crowded a few letters together,
but the rest of the plaque looked fine.
The other time was caused by me not spacing the letters out enough,
I always set the spacing at 15 or more now.
It just Works for me.

I see quick Draw Al, Beat me !!

I assume you did have 7 extra inches on the length and stayed under the rollers, correct? If you answered yes to both of those, then I would have to assume Ken's comment would apply to you as well.
